You may also include the name you want me to sign the book to and a message you wish me to include. I reserve the right to reject any messages I don’t want to sign, so requesting something like, “I’ll never forget our wild night in Vegas” isn’t going to happen.
Pay by Check or Money Order
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, or you live outside America, fill out the form below and I will reserve you a copy. If you live in the US, the total cost is of $21.30. If you live outside the US, I will calculate shipping costs and email you the total.
I must receive payment within 14 days after you reserve a copy or else I will release the hold on your book. I will accept checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. If sending a personal check, I will wait until your check clears before shipping your book. A confirmation email will be sent to you with complete details.
